Toffler's Wave Theory
Alvin Toffler's book The Third Wave published in 1980 describes the transition in developed countries from Industrial Age society, which he calls the "Second Wave", to Information Age "Third Wave" society. And in the book Toffler describes three types of societies, based on the concept of 'waves'—each wave pushes the older societies and cultures aside.

Max Weber is a famous German sociologist and philosopher who made outstanding contributions to the establishment of the western classical management theory.
He is one of 100 management masters who have influenced the process of the world and he described a theory to operate an organization in an effective way which is known as the Bureaucratic management approach or Weberian bureaucracy.
